The ACLU wrote a letter to H&R Block claiming that the company violates Connecticut’s non-discrimination laws by only serving civil union couples through its more expensive phone or office services. Sally and Steve Kern are displaying classic sociopathic tendancies. Sociopaths rarely feel any remorse for their actions, and the high degree of self-esteem that they feel can usually be tied to their self justification and rationalization for their actions. Sociopaths have wreaked havoc on societies throughout recorded history, and nothing seems to ever change.
